On 2nd September Wednesday, the Indian Government banned PUBG and 118 other Chinese apps in India. PUBG is one of the most popular and craziest game among Indians, but due to the Tensions in the Ladakh border between India and China leads India to Ban a number of Chinese Apps. According to the report, the Indian Government issued a notice of 118 Apps going to be Banned in India which also includes PUBG.

Government Banned PUBG in India
PUBG is one of the most famous game played around the world but in India, the craze in people for PUBG is just another level. Many Indians are addicted to playing PUBG but today Govt. Surprise people by banning PUBG along with other 118 Chinese apps.
Chinese company Tencent is holding about 11.5% of shares in Bluehole and Tencent is behind in developing the mobile version therefore we can say that PUBG mobile is a chinese app but PUBG PC & Console is not.
According to a report the country is so near to 33 million active PUBG players but now the government put Ban on the game which leads to heartbreaking news for the players of PUBG. But the Indian government put Ban on PUBG because of the provocations by china on Ladakh Border.

The Ministry said it has received many complaints from various sources including several reports about the misuse of some mobile apps available on Android and iOS platforms for “stealing and surreptitiously transmitting users’ data in an unauthorized manner to servers which have locations outside India”. This Stealing of data by the neighboring country China leads to the tension between the two countries Cyber Crime department of India Said the Statement.
About the Ban of 118 other Apps
In June it is seen that Indian Government Bans 59 Chinese apps included TikTok, Shareit, UC Browser etc.
But today again Indian government Banned PUBG and other 118 more Chinese apps in India some of them are PUBG MOBILE Nordic Map: Livik, PUBG MOBILE LITE, WeChat Work and WeChat reading are among the 118 banned mobile apps.
Center speaks on the Blocking of the apps including PUBG that in the interest of “sovereignty and integrity of India, Defence of India, the security of the state and public order” invoking Section 69A of the Information Technology Act Government is going to Ban the Apps.
