As a couple, they decided to tackle all the problems in the relationship but there are a few which they cannot handle.
Also, Zac had a serious surfing accident and the situation of both of them changes resulted in many problems. Mia then moves out of the hospital, leaving Zac behind in a fix as he gets back his test results.
As for the storyline of season 3, there is a lot to yet reveal in the story like the condition of Zac as he is already having a low life and now he had an accident so that means his condition may get worse. On the other hand, Mia is in the outside world exploring more but now she doesn’t have Zac by her side to share her life problems and nobody knows what trouble is waiting on the road of life.
